The facility will be opened at 6:00 p.m. for mingling and chats or even having dinner at the premise. At 6:30 p.m., we will be seated in the conference room and start our meeting.

Each participant will have up to 3 minutes to do a self introduction, providing his/her name, business, what to look for from the meeting and what you can offer to the members. We encourage you make it as creative and effective as possible, this would be a good chance for you to get recognition from the audience.

There will be small tables available for your display your products. Participants will have time to look at the displays.
|

You are welcome to show your products there. In this case you price your items. We ask that you give member discounts to participants.
|

At the end of the member introduction, there will be one or two keynote speakers doing a 15 – 20 min. presentation of a pre-selected subject. Each subject should be beneficiary to all members. It is not a sales pitch by all mean.

To increase our member exposure, we will be taking pictures during our meetings. We will then post the photos on our website according to the date of the meeting. This way you will know who you may have met at which meeting. By coming to the meeting, you agree to allow VBNF to post your pictures on the VBNF website or other VBNF related publications royalty free. This is solely to allow our members to get more exposure to the public for marketing purposes.

Our idea of networking is to increase your exposure to other businesses. We would ask you to promote your product and services by giving discounts to VBNF members.

We know you are a professional or expertise in your own field. We would encourage our members to be a keynote speaker. Being a keynote speaker, you will share your expertise to our members so they can benefit from your experience. At the same time, as a keynote speaker, you will gain recognition from the members who may want to use your services or products because of your expertise and also refer you to people they know who may have the requirements for your services. We will set up a new web page to post all mini-seminar articles with your picture on. This will give you further exposure to the browsers.

Members are welcome to be a sponsor to VBNF by posting their logo or banners on the website. To become a sponsor, please contact alex@vbnf.com.

Members will have access to the Member Directory so you can find someone you have met and give you services at a discount.

Member will also be able to have a website built by CMY Designs, (our official Webmaster) at a small charge, if you need a website to promote your company. VNBF will be working with other business affiliate companies to expand our exposure.

Membership is free for the time being. We hope to keep it this way to help small business owners to cut costs. However, we will encourage sponsorship from the members and other corporate companies to keep us going. Your support in sponsorship would be greatly appreciated. Being a sponsor, we will put your logo or link to your website. If you do not have a website, we can help you create a single page one for a small set up charge.

Invite a friend or someone you know who would like to network with other business people. Ask them to join the membership. When a full member invites any new guests to the meeting, his/hers meeting fees will be waived. Full members will also get credits if the guests decide to join as a full member. Credits can be used for new membership fees for the next year or for VBNF products.
