If necessary, the home buyer may need financial services of a mortgage broker or a banker who can provide the loan to the buyer for the property. Once all that are done, a lawyer or a notary public will be required to do the title search and transfer. If the property needs repair or renovation, a painter, carpet or floor installer may be required. Then a mover will be needed to help you move and a garbage collector may be needed to dump the excess materials that you may not need. A house cleaner may be needed to get the property clean before property is accepted.
