You get unlimited free calling to the top 23 markets In Canada. These markets cover 90% percent of Canada and include the major cities. They are: Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Vancouver, Victoria, Whistler, Winnipeg, Halifax, Barrie, Belleville, Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener, London, Newmarket, North Bay, Oshawa, Ottawa, St. Catherine, Sudbury, Toronto, Windsor, Montreal, Quebec City and Sherbrook.
Add Free Calling Cities to Service:
Let your friends and relatives call you for free from their home cities. Add more telephone numbers to your current Netfone services.
This will allow your friends or relatives call you from their home town as if they are making a local call. For Example: If your son is studying in Montreal and you live in Vancouver, You can add a Montreal number (514-xxx-xxxx) in additional to your Vancouver number ($604-xxx-xxxx) for $4.95 a month more. Your son will now call your Montreal Number (514-xxx-xxxx) and reach you in Vancouver or wherever you are with the Router/VOIP adapter connected to the Internet with a regular phone. Your son will never have to pay for Long Distance charges anymore.

You will get a feature-rich voicemail free with your account.
Attendant Call Transfer
You can use this feature to transfer a call to any other phone, be it a VOIP, regular or a wireless phone and staying on the line to make sure that the other party is available.
Unattended or "Blind" Call Transfer
You can use this feature to transfer a call to any other phone, be it a VOIP, regular or a wireless phone without checking about the availability of the other party.
Call Forward Always
Call Forwarding Always allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number, such as your home office or cell phone.
Call Forward Busy
Call Forwarding Busy allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number if your phone is currently busy.
Call Forward - no answer
Call Forwarding No Answer allows you to forward all your calls to a different phone number when you do not answer your phone.
Do not Disturb
When the Do not Disturb service is active, your phone does not ring and all calls go directly to “busy treatment”, such as Voice Mail.
Call Waiting/Disable Call Waiting
The Call Waiting service allows you to receive a signal when a call comes in while you are engaged in another call. Busy treatment is given to callers when service is deactivated.

Put a call on hold.
Call Return
This feature enables you to automatically redial the last caller number
Caller ID/ Caller ID Blocking
This feature allows you to display or block your caller ID
Automatic Call Back
This feature redials the last number called.
Anonymous Call Blocking
This feature enables you to block all anonymous callers. You can deactivate this feature.
Three-Way Calling
Allow you to talk to two other phone lines at the same time.
Speed Calling / Speed Dial 8
Speed Dial 8 allows you to set up to eight speed dial numbers that can be called with the push of a button.
Personalized web portal
You will get a personal web portal that you can change the features of your service such as follow-me features. The personal portal is protected by user-name and password.
Inbound and Outbound Call Log
You can view your latest inbound and outbound calls, including missed ones, and their duration on your personalized web interface.
Device Portability
Your service is not tied to a specific location. You could take your device to any location, city or country, plug it into a high-speed internet connection and you can make and receive calls as if you were at home.
Alternate Numbers (see: Add Free Calling Cities to Service)
The Alternate Numbers service allows you to forward as many additional phone numbers to your primary number to receive incoming calls. If you choose to have more phone numbers, contact NetFone. Please note that additional charges will apply. These numbers could be from any rate centre supported by NetFone.
