In order to ensure what we say is true and our members are not trying to promote each others by lowering the standards of quality to the consumers, VBNF would like to introduce the VBNF Qualified Service Certifications to our members. Each member will attain the Qualified Service Certification for a year when they pass the certifications requirements, which is to submit a list of their clients each quarter to VBNF for quality verifications. VBNF will randomly select one of their customers to submit an online survey to prove that they indeed are satisfied with the service provider. A small fee will be collected from the member who applies for the VBNF Qualified Service Certification to cover out costs for the survey and report.
